MyDailyWin is a gamified habit tracking app that helps people build and maintain healthy daily routines. Users earn points for completing tasks like:

100 points = $1.00 — Users can cash out when they reach their balance goal.

⚙️ What Can Admins Do?

As an admin, you have access to powerful tools to help manage and customize the experience:

📊 View Progress

See the user's current points, streaks, and level. Track their daily activity and celebrate their wins!

📋 Customize Tasks

Add, edit, or remove daily tasks. Enable or disable bonus challenges. Tailor the experience to what matters most.

💰 Record Payments

When you pay out rewards, record the payment to reset their balance and keep accurate records.

📥 Download Reports

Export data for tracking progress over time. Great for caregivers who need documentation.

👥 Invite Other Admins

Add family members or caregivers as additional admins. Everyone stays in the loop!

🚀 Getting Started

  1. Sign in at mydailywin.web.app/login.html using Google or email
  2. Find your profile under "Profiles You Manage" — it will show profiles you've been invited to
  3. Click "Admin" to open the Admin Dashboard
  4. Explore the tabs — Dashboard, Tasks, Payments, Admins, and more

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can multiple people be admins for the same user?
Yes! You can have as many admins as you need. This is great for families where multiple siblings want to help manage a parent's profile.
Can the user see that I'm an admin?
The user's app doesn't show admin information directly. They just see their tasks and rewards. Admins work behind the scenes.
How do I pay out rewards?
When the user wants to cash out, pay them directly (Venmo, cash, gift card, etc.) and then record the payment in the Admin Dashboard under the Payments tab. This resets their balance.
What if I want to change the tasks?
Go to Admin Mode → Tasks tab. You can enable/disable any task, change point values, or add custom tasks that are specific to your user.
Is there a cost to use MyDailyWin?
The app is free! The only "cost" is the rewards you choose to pay out — and you control those amounts and when/if you pay.
Can I remove myself as an admin?
The profile owner can remove admins from the Admins tab. If you're the owner and want to transfer ownership, contact the developer.
What data do you store?
All data is stored locally in the browser. We don't have access to user activity, points, or personal information. Your data stays on your device.
